Lautenschlager and Ruth M. <br />Lautenschlager, husband and wife, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and <br />other valuable consideration received from grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto James L. \ <br />Berryman and Marcia A.
