<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />TERESA SPOTANSKI AND MARK SPOTANSKI, HUSBAND AND WIFE AND
<br />RUSSELL D ROACH AND LEX ANN ROACH, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF

<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
