<br />Plate, Husband and Wife, and Tim C Plate, a single individual, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of
<br />UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated September 10, 2002 and November 1, 2002 and
<br />recorded September 12, 2002 and November 4, 2002 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instruments #0200209611 and 0200212025 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
