<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among BRETT VAN o,
<br />VUREN, a single person, Trustor, and Central National Bank as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated
<br />April 3, 2001, and recorded on April 11, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 200103115 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />LOT SIX (6) AND THE WESTERLY SEVEN (7) FEET OF LOT FIVE (5), ALL IN
<br />BLOCK SEVEN (7), MORRIS FIFTH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
