<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE, SECURITY AGREEMENT and FIXTURE FINANCING

<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Reconveyance, Security
<br />Agreement and Fixture Financing Statement executed by Russell J. Martinez a individual, as
<br />Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK NEBRASKA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION,
<br />successor to Norwest Bank Nebraska, National Association due to a merger and name change
<br />as Beneficiary, dated as of February 7, 2000, and recorded on February 11, 2000 as Instrument
<br />No. 0200001164, Book , Page in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to
<br />the real property described in said Deed of Trust. This Reconveyance is executed at the request
<br />of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
<br />Property: The Easterly Sixty (60) Feet of Lot One (1), Block Three (3), Spaulding and Gregg's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Trustee has caused this Reconveyance to be executed as
