DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Reconveyance executed by
<br />Russell J. Martinez and Lydia J. Martinez, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, for the benefit of
<br />WELLS FARGO BANK NEBRASKA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, successor to Norwest Bank
<br />Nebraska, National Association due to a merger and name change as Beneficiary, dated as of
<br />March 26, 1985, and recorded on March 27, 1985 as Instrument No. 85- 001415, Book
<br />Page in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby
<br />quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any warranty,
<br />all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to the real property described in
<br />said Deed of Trust. This Reconveyance is executed at the request of the Beneficiary under said
<br />Deed of Trust.
<br />Property: Lot Eight (8), Block Three (3), Spaulding & Gregg's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Trustee has caused this Reconveyance to be executed as
