KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:
<br />WHEREAS, in an action in District Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, wherein Steven A. Manolidis and Linda L. Manolidis,
<br />husband and wife, and Paul T. Manolidis and Joella F. Manolidis,
<br />husband and wife, are Plaintiffs, and Delbert D. Theasmeyer and
<br />Lois A. Theasmeyer, husband and wife, and Gary F. Voecks and Judi
<br />A. Voecks, husband and wife, and the City of Grand Island, a
<br />municipal corporation, are Defendants, said Plaintiffs did obtain
<br />a Decree finding that there is due from Delbert D. Theasmeyer and
<br />Lois A. Theasmeyer, husband and wife, and Gary F. Voecks and Judi
<br />A. Voecks, husband and wife, to Plaintiffs the sum of One Thousand
<br />Five Hundred Twelve and 13/100 Dollars ($1,512.13) together with
<br />interest thereon, attorney fees and court costs; and
<br />WHEREAS, it was further ordered in said action that in the
<br />event of default of the payment of the sum so found due by the said
<br />Delbert D. Theasmeyer and Lois A. Theasmeyer, husband and wife, and
<br />Gary F. Voecks and Judi A. Voecks, husband and wife, that Jerry J.
<br />Watson, Sheriff of said County of Hall, should cause the lands and
<br />tenements hereafter described to be advertised and sold according
<br />to law to pay the same; and
<br />WHEREAS, default having been made therein, the said Jerry J.
<br />Watson, Sheriff of said County, under and by virtue of the said
<br />Decree and Order of Sale duly directed to him, did on the 5th day
<br />of September, 2003, at the lower lobby of the County Courthouse in
<br />the City of Grand Island in the said County of Hall, having first
<br />given due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale by
<br />publication once each week for four successive weeks in the Grand
<br />Island Independent, a newspaper printed and in general circulation
<br />in said County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction to
<br />Steven A. Manolidis and Linda L. Manolidis, husband and wife, and
<br />Paul T. Manolidis and Joella F. Manolidis, husband and wife, for
<br />the sum of Seven Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($7,400.00), which
<br />sale was examined and confirmed and Jerry J. Watson as such Sheriff
<br />was ordered to convey the said premises in fee simple to the said
<br />Steven A. Manolidis and Linda L. Manolidis, husband and wife, and
<br />Paul T. Manolidis and Joella F. Manolidis, husband and wife.
