<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among BRADLEY T JONES
<br />AND KRISTI L JONES, husband and wife, Trustor, and Bank of Doniphan, as Trustee and Beneficiary,
<br />dated March 20, 1996, and recorded on March 21, 1996, in the Office of the Register of Deeds in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 96- 102066 has been paid; and
