WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among MATTHEW J
<br />BEIBER AND LORI A BEIBER F /K/A LORI A JARECKE, husband and wife, Trustor, and �J
<br />Central National Bank as Trustee and Five Points Bank as Beneficiary, dated September 19,
<br />2002, and recorded on September 25, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds in IIall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument Number 200210229 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
