<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by LEE A
<br />LEHMAN AND SUSAN M LEHMAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated _JULY 30, 2003 and recorded
<br />_SEPTEMBER 24, 2003 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument 200312730 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following describe premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOTS ELEVEN (11) AND TWELVE (12) AND THE SOUTH 2.0 FEET (S2') OF LOT
<br />THIRTEEN (13), BLOCK EIGHT (8) ORIGINAL TOWN OF CAIRO, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
