DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among BRIAN A
<br />HENKE AND TRUDI R HENKE, husband and wife, Trustor, and Central National Bank as
<br />Trustee and The Equitalbe Building and Loan Association of Grand Island as Beneficiary, dated `� J
<br />January 15, 1999, and recorded on January 21, 1999, as Instrument Number 99- 100696 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />A Certain part of the West Half (WI/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NWl /4), of Section Ten (10), in
<br />Township Eleven (11), North of Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described as: Beginning at a point on the North line of the North 10 acres of the West Half
<br />(WI /2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of said Section 10, which point is 528.0 feet West of the
<br />Northeast (NE) corner of the North 10 acres of the West half (Wl /2) of the Northwest Quarter (NWl /4)
<br />of said Section 10, running thence South parallel to the East Line of the North 10 acres of the West Half
<br />(WI/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of said Section 10, 330.0 Feet; running thence West parallel
<br />to the North line of the North 10 acres of the West Half (WI/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of
<br />said Section 10, 132.0 feet; running thence North parallel to the Fast Line of the North 10 acres of the
<br />West Half (WI/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NWl /4) of Section 10, 330.0 feet, to a point on the North
<br />line of the North 10 acres of the West Half (WI/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW114) of said Section
<br />10; running thence East upon and along the North line of the North 10 acres of the West Half (WI/2)
<br />of the Northwest Quarter (NWl /4) of said Section 10, 132.0 feet, to actual point of beginning.
