Rowe and Angela L. Rowe, husband and wife, by their deed of trust dated October 23, <br />2002 and <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument Number 200211735 did convey unto <br />Five Points Bank, as Beneficiary, certain premises in Hall County, Nebraska, described as: <br />c" \ <br />LOT TWO (2) AMICK ACRES WEST SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />to secure their note with interest payable as therein provided; and <br />"Areas, the said Thomas G. Rowe and Angela L.
