STELLING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 17, 1972, AS AMENDED, <br />JULY 1, 1977, FEBRUARY 10, 1978 AND AUGUST 5, 1980, GRANTEE, the following <br />described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
