<br />ALBERT R. STELLING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 17, 1972, AS AMENDED,
<br />JULY 1, 1977, FEBRUARY 10, 1978 AND AUGUST 5, 1980, GRANTEE, the following
<br />described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201) situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (NW 1 /4NW 1/4) of Section Nine (9), Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly
<br />described as follows: Referring to the Northwest corner of said Section Nine (9);
<br />thence running easterly along the north line of said Section Nine (9), a distance of
<br />Five Hundred Forty and Seven Tenths (540.7) Feet, more or less; to a point on the
<br />prolongation of the easterly line of Wheeler Avenue thence running southeasterly
<br />along the easterly line of Wheeler Avenue a distance of Eight Hundred Forty and
<br />Seven Tenths (840.7) Feet to the Northerly line of Twenty -Third Street; thence
<br />running Northeasterly along the northerly line of Twenty -Third Street a distance
<br />of One Hundred Eleven and Thirty -Seven Hundredths (111.37) Feet to the actual
<br />point of beginning; thence continuing northeasterly along the northerly line of

<br />the Westerly line of Locust Street, also being One Hundred Four and Forty -Three
<br />Hundredths (104.43) Feet distant and parallel to the Southwesterly line of said
<br />Block Two (2) in Knickrehm Fifth Addition to Grand Island, Nebraska, a distance
<br />of One Hundred Eighteen (118) Feet; thence running southwesterly and parallel
<br />to the northerly line of said Twenty -Third Street a distance of Eighty -Eight (88)
<br />Feet; thence running southeasterly a distance of One Hundred Eighteen (118)
<br />Feet to the point of beginning, subject to the Easement as Shown on plat, granted
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and as recorded in Book 10 at Page 7 of
<br />Miscellaneous Records of the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
