<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust RANDALL L POWELL and SG
<br />ELIZABETH J POWELL, HUSBAND AND WIFE, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of
<br />UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated May 10, 2002 and recorded May 10, 2002 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as entered Instrument No. 0200205082 of the Trust Deed
<br />Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
