WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, formerly known as The Farmers National Bank of Central City, by and
<br />through Gary W. Webster, it's authorized officer, as trustee under the Trust Deed dated OCTOBER 29,1998,
<br />recorded AS INSTRUMENT NO. 98- 110901, in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, executed by DIANE LYNN SAMUELSON A/K/A DIANE L. SAMUELSON, A SINGLE PERSON, as
<br />trustor, in which Pinnacle Bank, formerly known as The Farmers National Bank of Central City, is named as
<br />beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, has received from Pinnacle Bank, formerly known as The Farmers
<br />National Bank of Central City, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all
<br />sums secured by such Trust Deed has been fully paid and that such Trust Deed has been surrendered to
<br />the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deed, the
<br />said bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely: DIANE LYNN SAMUELSON, A/K/A DIANE L. SAMUELSON, A
<br />SINGLE PERSON, the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
