TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE 200313422
<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />FRANK D SMUTNY AND DIANE E SMUTNY HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R
<br />Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated AUGUST 28,
<br />2001 and recorded SEPTEMBER 10 2001 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200109118 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT FIVE (5) IN VILLA MAR DEE SUBDIVISION OF LOT TWELVE (12) OF THE
<br />SUBDIVISION OF LOT NINE (9) AND ALL OF LOTS SEVEN (7) AND EIGHT (8) IN
<br />WINDOLPH'S SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE NEI /4NW1 /4 AND PART OF
<br />NW1 /4NE1 /4 OF SECTION FOURTEEN (14) TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH RANGE
<br />NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
