<br />the Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, CMYDANT MORTGAGE CORPORATION, has requested a
<br />reconveyance of the trust property to the person or person entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
