WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among SHANE LEE
<br />STAVA AND LISA DIANE STAVA, husband and wife, Truster, and Central National Bank as
<br />Trustee and Five Points Bank as Beneficiary, dated September 21, 2002, and recorded on
<br />October 1, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />Number 200210459 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, tinder said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Decd of Trust in the following described property:
<br />LOT TWO (2) IN BLOCK THREE (3) KAY -DEE SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, EXCEPTING A TRACT OF LAND MORE PARTICULARLY
<br />DESCRIBED IN WARANTY DEED RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT 491- 102667 AS
<br />THE SOUTHERLY TWO (2) FEET THEREOF.
