<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Aaron L Scholz and Stacy A
<br />Julesgard, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated May 31, 2002, and recorded June 7, 2002 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument #0200206106 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />One (1) Acre of Ground in Square Form Lying about Twenty (20) Rods from the Northeast Corner of Section
<br />Eleven (11), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6`h P.M., said One (1) Acre having a North
<br />Front on the North Line of said Section and being the Identical Tract Reconveyed by Deed Recorded in Book 159,
<br />Page 475 of the Deed Records of this County.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
