TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />You are hereby notified that Alfred F. Wright and Joan M. Wright, joint as husband and wife,
<br />Trustors, did on or about May 10, 2001, stake, execute and deliver to Michael F. Kivett, Attorney at o
<br />Law, as Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following described real property:
<br />"The West 176 feet of Lot 9, Block 1, Koehler Place, in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska"
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD),
<br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on May 14, 2001 in Instrument No.
<br />0200104419, Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for
<br />which the trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the
<br />Beneficiary payments which were contractually due on June 15, 2003 through September 15, 2003,
<br />together with interest accruing thereon.
<br />You are further notified that the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has
<br />elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon at once due and
<br />payable and has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to
<br />satisfy said obligation.
