200313320 POWER OF ATTORNEY KNOW BY ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; THAT I, WILMA M. NOWKA, have made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents do make, constitute and appoint my daughter, MILDRED J NIEDERHAUS, my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name, place and stead: to handle and manage all of my business affairs; to write checks in any checking account I may have in any bank; to deposit money or checks in any checking or savings account I now have or may hereafter have; to establish such further checking or savings accounts as she may see fit; to withdraw funds from any savings account I now have or may hereafter have; to sell securities of whatever nature and obtain the funds therefor and deposit same in my checking or savings account; to endorse any and all government bonds and to cash same; I specifically authorize my said attorney to endorse United States Government checks and to deposit same in my checking account; to collect any and all amounts which may be due to me and to give proper receipts therefor; to enter my safety deposit box and to take contents of said box into her possession and to remove same; to invest in stocks, bonds, securities and property as she may see fit; to sign up on any and all Government programs in connection with my farm property and to enter into leases and collect money thereon; to enter into contracts of sale and sell any and all real estate that I own or in which I may have an interest in the state of Nebraska or elsewhere; to execute and deliver deeds and collect the purchase price of any real estate I may own or may hereafter own; giving and granting unto my said attorney full power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney or her substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
