He is the duly elected President of Wenzl Construction, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, and as such President, verifies this account in writing for and on behalf of said Corporation. 2. Wenzl Construction, Inc., by and through its duly authorized officers, entered into a contract with Roseann Anderson to provide material and labor for foundation and driveway repair upon the real estate hereinafter described, and the contract price for the foundation and driveway repair is Eighteen Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety and 47/100 Dollars ($18,790.47). 3. The material and labor were provided on the property located at 4036 Edna Dr., Grand Island, Nebraska 68803, which real estate is legally described as follows, to -wit: Lot Four (4) in Block Two (2) in Gosda Subdivision, part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE 1 /4NE1 /4) of Section Twenty -three (23), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the Sixth P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska. 4. The date that such material and labor were last furnished to said property was on or about June 30, 2003, and total contract price for this material and labor was Eighteen Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety and 47/100 Dollars ($18,790.47) plus interest thereon as provided by applicable law. 5. Wenzl Construction, Inc. claims a lien on the above - described real estate for the full amount of the account due of Eighteen Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety and 47/100 Dollars ($18,790.47) together with interest thereon at the legal rate as allowed and provided by law, from and after June 30, 2003.
