<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEVANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by
<br />Gerald L. Hehnke and Carolyn Hehnkc, Husband and Wife
<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated October 3,
<br />2002, and recorded October 4, 2002, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200210621, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Decd in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />A part of Block Two (2) of Koehler Subdivision of a part of the Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (SE 1 /4SW I/4) of Section Fifteen (15), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Nine (9), West of the 6" P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and a pan of Lot Fourteen (14) of the
<br />County Subdivision of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W I/2SW I/4) of Section Fifteen
<br />(15) in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6o P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />more particularly described as follows, to wit: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Block
<br />Two (2), running thence North along and upon the West boundary line of said Block Two (2) for a
<br />distance of 114. 3 Feet, running thence East parallel with the North boundary line of said Block
<br />for a distance of 160 Feet running thence South parallel with the West boundary line of said Block
<br />for a distance of 39.9 Feet to the Northeasterly boundary line of the belt line of the Chicago
<br />Burlington & Quincy Railroad Company running thence in a Southwesterly direction along and
<br />upon the Northerly boundary line of said belt line for a distance of 175.3 Feet to the place of
<br />beginning;
<br />together with all building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
