<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Decd executed by PAUL
<br />H LEE A SINGLE PERSON to Arend R Banck, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL
<br />SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIA7F1ON OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated OCTOBER 21 1997 and recorded OCTOBER 28,19 - 97 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 97- 109006 has been
<br />paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT FOUR (4) IN WEST HEIGHTS ADDH ION AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and apprimenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
