Lindquist, a <br />member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Successor Trustee, hereinafter called "Grantor ", <br />pursuant to a power of sale contained in that certain Deed of Trust recorded on October 12, 2001 as <br />Instrument No. 2001 -10327 of the Mortgage Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, and Federal National Mortgage Association, hereinafter called "Grantee ": <br />WHEREAS, on June 23, 2003, Eric H. Lindquist, as Successor Trustee, executed a Notice <br />of Default pursuant to which notice was given to Amanda L. Rose, a single person, Trustor, under <br />that certain Deed of Trust recorded on October 12, 2001 as Instrument No. 2001 -10327 of the <br />Mortgage Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, covering that <br />certain premises described as: <br />LOT EIGHTEEN (18) IN BLOCK TWO (2) IN BEL -AIR ADDITION TO THE <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br />that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed had occurred, and setting <br />forth the nature of such breach and of his election to sell or cause to be sold such property to satisfy <br />the obligation. Said Notice of Default was filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, on June 24, 2003 as Instrument No. 2003 -07946 of the Miscellaneous <br />Records of said County. <br />A copy of such Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to notice <br />pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in complianze with Section 76 -1008 R.R.S. Nebraska. <br />Subsequent thereto, beginning on August 13, 2003, Grantor caused to be published in the <br />Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper having a general circulation in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, a Notice of Trustee's Sale setting forth a description of the property to be sold and stating <br />that the described property would be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified <br />or cashier's check, at the lower level lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, 1St & Locust Street, <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, at 10:00 a.m. on September 24, 2003. Publication of such <br />notice was made for five consecutive weeks on August 13, 2003, August 20, 2003, August 27, <br />2003, September 3, 2003 and September 10, 2003, the last publication being at least ten (10) days <br />but not more than thirty (30) days prior to the date of sale. <br />A copy of such notice of the time and place of sale was thereafter mailed to all parties <br />entitled to notice pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76 -1008 <br />R.R.S. Nebraska. <br />Pursuant to said Notice of Trustee's Sale, John B. McDermott, attorney for Eric H. <br />Lindquist, Successor Trustee, did at the time and place mentioned in said Notice of Trustee's Sale, <br />offer said property for sale at public auction, and did sell the same to Flagstar Bank, FSB for the <br />sum of $75,939.60, it being the highest bidder therefor. Flagstar Bank, FSB has assigned all of its <br />right, title, and interest in and to such bid to Grantee. <br />SCF <br />
