DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, LAWYERS TITLE INSURANCE CORPORATION is the Trustee under a Deed of
<br />Trust dated OCTOBER 30, 2002, executed by TERRY G RINKS ADN DORA RINKS, HUSBAND
<br />AND WIFE, AS JOINT TENANTS, as Trustor, for the benefit of AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE
<br />COMPANY, which Deed of Trust was recorded NOVEMBER 04, 2002 as Instrument No.
<br />000212099, in Book No. - - -, at Page No. - -- in the Office of the Register of
<br />eDeeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE COMPANY, has requested a
<br />reconveyance of the trust property to the person or person entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises:
