<br />_WINKLE. AND MINDY K PEERS, BOTH SINGLE PERSONS as Trustor to COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK
<br />as Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated DEC 22. 1999. and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL. County, !`Nebraska, in
<br />Book Page or Instrument Number 99 112114 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was
<br />assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage
