<br />Know All Men by These Presents: Centris Federal Credit Union
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Robert A Wiles and
<br />Nadine L Wiles, Husband and Wife , to Centris Federal Credit Union for the benefit of Centris Federal
<br />Credit Union the beneficiary named therein, dated 02/26/2002 and recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Instrument No.0200202430 has been paid and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvene to the person or persons entitle thereto all of the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Lot Thirteen (13), in Argo Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises
