<br />V The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated May 30, 1997, and filed for
<br />record on July 9, 1997 as document No. 97- 105458, and a Deed of Trust dated June 25, 2001, and
<br />filed for record on July 9, 2001, as document No. 200106663, in the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, executed by Larry D. Ostermeyer and Anne Ostermeyer as Trustors, in which the
<br />State Bank of Cairo is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors and that
<br />a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the
<br />nature of such breach is the Trustors' failure to make debt payments on the Notes secured by the
<br />Deeds of Trust as they came due.

<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust
<br />property to satisfy the obligations under the Trust Deeds and Notes owing from Trustors to the
<br />Beneficiary pursuant to the terms of the two Deeds of Trust referred to above which secure these
<br />obligations; the trust property affected is as follows:
<br />The North Half of the Southeast Quarter (N1 /2 SEI /4) and the South Half of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (S1 /2 NE1 /4) of Section Seven (7), Township Ten (10) North,
<br />Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, streets, alleys, passageways, easements, rights,
<br />privileges and appurtenances located thereon, and all personal property that may be or hereafter
<br />become an integral part of such buildings and improvements, all crops raised thereon, and all water
<br />rights, all of which, including replacements and additions thereto are hereby declared to be a part of
<br />the real estate conveyed in trust hereby, it being agreed that all of the foregoing shall be hereinafter
<br />referred to as the "Property ".
<br />The property described in the afore- mentioned Deeds of Trust is agricultural land as described
<br />in Neb. Rev. Stat. §77 -1359 and §77 -1360; and, you should be advised that you, as Trustors, have
<br />a right to cure the default within two (2) months of the filing of this Notice of Default; and, upon the
<br />removal of such default within the statutory period, the Trust Deed will be reinstated as provided in
<br />Neb. Rev. Stat. §76 -1012.
<br />The entire remaining unpaid principal secured by the Deeds of Trust is $725,143.78, and the
<br />unpaid accrued interest thereon as of October 2, 2003 is $54,295.56 and the obligation secured by
<br />such mortgage continues to accrue interest at the rate of $82.8075 per day from and after October
<br />2, 2003. The unpaid principal amount, which would not be due in the event no default had occurred
<br />would be the sum of $0.00.
