Rev. Stat. §77 -1359 and §77 -1360; and, you should be advised that you, as Trustors, have <br />a right to cure the default within two (2) months of the filing of this Notice of Default; and, upon the <br />removal of such default within the statutory period, the Trust Deed will be reinstated as provided in <br />Neb. Rev. Stat. §76 -1012. <br />The entire remaining unpaid principal secured by the Deeds of Trust is $725,143.78, and the <br />unpaid accrued interest thereon as of October 2, 2003 is $54,295.56 and the obligation secured by <br />such mortgage continues to accrue interest at the rate of $82.8075 per day from and after October <br />2, 2003.
