<br />Donald H. Bowman, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes
<br />and states that on April 3, 1995, Emelia G. Sternecker executed and
<br />delivered to the undersigned a certain Quitclaim Deed conveying the
<br />following described property, to Donna M. Douthit, Trustee of the
<br />Emelia Sternecker Revocable Trust dated April 3, 1995, for filing
<br />of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:
<br />An undivided one -half interest in Lots 8 and
<br />10, Block 6, University Place, Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />The undersigned further states that through inadvertence the
<br />said Quitclaim Deed was placed in the file of Emelia Sternecker and
<br />was not filed of record as directed and instructed by the said
<br />Emelia Sternecker, and the same is being filed this date pursuant
<br />to said instructions, it being the intent of the Grantor, Emelia
<br />Sternecker, that the conveyance of the above - described property was
<br />to be to said Trustee as of April 3, 1995, as aforesaid.
