<br />KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />For Value Received, the undersigned holder of a Deed of Trust (herein "Assignor") whose
<br />address is P.O. Box 2409, Omaha, NE 68103 -2409, does hereby grant, sell, assign, transfer and convey
<br />unto Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc., an Iowa Corporation (herein "Assignee "), whose address is
<br />711 High Street, Des Moines, IA 50392 -0720, a certain Deed of Trust dated August 28, 2003, made and
<br />executed by Wayne E. Grudzinski, a Single Man, to and in favor of Farm Credit Services of America,
<br />FLCA upon the following described property situated in Hall County, State of Nebraska:

<br />such Deed of Trust having been given to secure payment of $92,400.00 which Deed of Trust is of record
<br />in Book, Volume or Libor No. 0200311428, of the Deed of Trust records of Hall County, State of
<br />Nebraska, together with the note(s) and obligations therein described and the money due and to become
<br />due thereon with interest, and all rights accrued or to accrue under such Mortgage.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Assignee, its successor and assigns, forever, subject
<br />only to the terms and conditions of the above - described Deed of Trust .
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned Assignor has executed this Assignment of Deed of
<br />Trust on September 25, 2003.
