<br />CONSENT, CONFIRMATION AND RATIFICATION of the Platting and Subdivision
<br />and Dedication of PRIMROSE, SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, being a tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (SW 1/4), of Section One (1), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the southwest comer of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4); thence running
<br />northerly along the west line of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4), on an Assumed Bearing
<br />N 00 deg. 00' 00" E, a distance of Six Hundred Seventy Five (675.00) feet; thence
<br />running S 89 deg. 23' 20" E, a distance of Four Hundred (400.00) feet; thence running S
<br />00 deg. 00' 00" W, a distance of Six Hundred Seventy Five (675.00) feet, to a point on
<br />the south line of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4); thence running N 89 deg. 23' 20" W, a
<br />distance of Four Hundred (400.00) feet, to the point of beginning, EXCEPTING THERE
<br />FROM the northerly Twenty Five (25.00) feet of the southerly Fifty Eight (58.00) feet of
<br />the easterly Three Hundred Sixty Seven (367.00) feet of the above described tract.
<br />NOW COMES Irene M. Bickel, an unremarried widow, who has heretofore caused
<br />certain property located in a part of Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section One (1),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North Range Ten (10) west of the 6th P.M., in the city of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, to be surveyed, subdivided, platted and dedicated as
<br />"PRUVMOSE" Subdivision, and do hereby freely and voluntarily consent to, confirm and
<br />ratify in all respects to the platting and dedicating of said Subdivision consenting to the
<br />dedication of streets and easements as shown on said plat and by these presents does
<br />hereby join in the platting and subdividing of `'PRIMROSE Subdivision ", in the city of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, the Plat of which has heretofore been recorded as
<br />Document # Aco3 /303 / of the Records in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
