<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated July 30, 2003, executed by Michael D. Keene and Came D. Keene, ^ r\\
<br />husband and wife, as Tmstor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the �(T,
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on July 31, 2003, recorded as Instrument No. 0200309969 and
<br />WITEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Three (3), Rainbow Lake Second Subdivision, in ball County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been £ally paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
