<br />Northerly direction parallel with the East Section line of Section Four, a distance of Three
<br />Hundred Seventy Three (373) feet; thence Westerly and parallel to the South line of said
<br />Section Four a distance of One Hundred Thirty (130) feet; thence in a Southerly direction
<br />and parallel to the East line of said Section Four a distance of Three Hundred Seventy
<br />Three (373) feet; thence along the South line of said Section Four a distance of One
<br />Hundred Thirty (130) feet; to the point of beginning.
