TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue,
<br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable
<br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to GREEN TREE SERVICING,
<br />LLC FKA CONSECO FINANCE SERVICING CORP., 7360 S. Kyrene Road,
<br />Tempe, AZ 85283, without any covenant or warranty, expressed or
<br />implied, all of the following described real estate:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the west half of the
<br />Northwest quarter of section four, township 9 North,
<br />range 11, West of the 6th p.m., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and more particularly described as follows: First, to
<br />ascertain the point of the beginning, start at the
<br />Northwest corner of said Northwest quarter; thence
<br />running South along and upon the West line of said
<br />Northwest quarter a distance of nine hundred eighteen and
<br />seven tenths (918.7) feet to the actual point of
<br />beginning; thence deflecting left 90 degrees 00' and
<br />running East, a distance of Two Hundred Forty -Eight
<br />(248.00) feet; thence deflecting right 90 degrees 00' and
<br />running south a distance of One Hundred sixty -Five
<br />(165.0) feet; thence deflecting right 90 degrees 00' and
<br />running west a distance of Two Hundred Fory -Eight (248.0)
<br />feet to a point on the West line of said NorthWest
<br />quarter; thence North along and upon the West line of
<br />said NorthWest quarter a distance of one Hundred Sixty -
<br />Five (165.0) feet to the actual point of beginning.
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated February 7, 1997, and recorded on February
<br />18, 1997, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Document No. 97- 101066 wherein Robert A. Coolberth and
<br />Diane M. Coolberth, husband and wife are named Trustors; and Green
<br />Tree Mortgage Services aka Conseco Finance Servicing Corp., is
