Guerrero is <br />named Trustor; and Mountain West Financial, Inc. is named <br />Beneficiary; and First American Title Insurance Company is named <br />Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on <br />the trust therein expressed, the property above described to <br />secure, among other obligations, payment of a promissory note of <br />even date in the principal amount of $47,609.00 and interest <br />thereon according to the terms thereof; that the beneficial <br />interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by Mountain West <br />Financial, Inc. to Homeside Lending, Inc. by an Assignment dated <br />November 2, 2001 and recorded on November 5, 2001 as Instrument No. <br />200111304 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />-1- <br />STEFFI A.
