<br />WHEREAS, FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY is the Trustee under a Deed
<br />of Trust dated APRIL 30, 1999, executed by SCOTT E MILLER AND JULIE C MILLER,
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, for the benefit of MAJOR MORTGAGE, which Deed of
<br />Trust was recorded MAY 03, 1999 as Instrument No. 99 104590, in Book No. - - -,
<br />at Page No. - -- in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County,
<br />NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, F.A. SUCCESSOR TO
<br />WASHINGTON MUTUAL HOME LOANS, INC. SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO FLEET MORTGAGE'
<br />CORP., has requested a reconveyance of the trust property to the person or
