<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, together with that
<br />portion of vacated Jerry Street abutting on the North of
<br />said Lots by Ordinance #8258 recorded December 20, 1996,
<br />as Instrument #96- 109882, records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with
<br />all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
