Lou John Petska, Jr. and Valorie Bendixen, his wife, herein called

<br />and other consideration, received from GRANTEE, does quitclaim,
<br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Todd James Nelsen,
<br />herein called the GRANTEE, whether one or more, the following

<br />Bark's Subdivision Number Three (3), of part of the East
<br />Half of the Northeast Quarter (El /2 NE1 /4) of Section Ten
<br />(10), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, together with that
<br />portion of vacated Jerry Street abutting on the North of
<br />said Lots by Ordinance #8258 recorded December 20, 1996,
<br />as Instrument #96- 109882, records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with
<br />all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
<br />unto the GRANTEE and to GRANTEE'S heirs and assigns forever.
