COMES NOW Kelly M. Thomas, attorney at law, and being first duly sworn on oath deposes
<br />and states as follows:
<br />1. This Affidavit is based on a Affiant's personal knowledge.
<br />2. This Affidavit is given in support of title to the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Twenty -eight (28),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6`h
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting a tract containing 10.435
<br />acres, more or less, conveyed by Warranty Deed recorded June 23,
<br />1976 as Document #76- 003368, in which Warranty Deed a 12 -foot
<br />wide road easement is excepted and reserved by Grantor, which
<br />easement is recorded May 21, 1976 as Document #76- 002697, all in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />3. Donna J. Crosser died on February 8, 2003.
<br />4. Prior to her death, Donna J. Crosser held a life estate in an undivided interest in and to
<br />the above described real estate. The life estate of Donna J. Crosser was terminated by her death.
<br />Further Affiant saith not.
