<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Tim C Plate, a single
<br />individual, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated December 4, 1997 and recorded December 8, 1997 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Document # 97- 110355 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />Parcel 1: Lot Five (5), in Block Twenty -six (26), in Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Parcel 2: Lot Fourteen (14), in Block Two (2), in First Artistic Homes Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Parcel 3: Lot Fifty -six (56) in Buenavista Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
