<br />In consideration of the partial payment of obligations under a Deed of Trust dated
<br />December 29, 1997, by and between TIM C. PLATE, as Trustor, which Deed of Trust is
<br />recorded as Document No. 97- 110965 in the Office of the Hall County, Nebraska Register of
<br />Deeds, and upon the request for partial reconveyance of the Beneficiary, D. STEVEN
<br />LEININGER, Attorney -at -Law, Trustee, hereby partially releases said Deed of Trust as to the
<br />following described real estate:
<br />Lot One Hundred Sixty -Nine (169), Buena Vista Subdivision, an Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, pursuant to Section 76- 1014.01 of
<br />the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, said premises to TIM C. PLATE.
