WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, <br />munder the Deed of Trust dated March 30, 2001, and executed by Linda S. Hull formerly known as <br />t/) Linda S. Gay and Ronald E.
