Arends and Mary C. Arends, husband and wife, by their deed of trust dated May 14, 2001 and <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 200104821 Equitable <br />Building & Loan Association, FSB, as Beneficiary, certain premises in Hall County, Nebraska, described as: <br />SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A" <br />to secure their note with interest payable as therein provided; and <br />Whereas, the said timothy R. Arends and Mary C.
