<br />UNILATERAL SUBORDINATION OF DEED OF TRUST
<br />Whereas, Timothy R. Arends and Mary C. Arends, husband and wife, by their deed of trust dated May 14, 2001 and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 200104821 Equitable
<br />Building & Loan Association, FSB, as Beneficiary, certain premises in Hall County, Nebraska, described as:
<br />SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A"
<br />to secure their note with interest payable as therein provided; and
<br />Whereas, the said timothy R. Arends and Mary C. Arends, husband and wife by their deed of trust dated
<br />September 19, 2003, and recorded in said Register of Deeds office on —3a -) 3
<br />2003 as Instrument Number a053-1 2 7 6 , did convey unto Centr I National Bank, as
<br />trustee, the said premises to secure payment of their note in an aggregate sum not to exceed ONE HUNDRED THIRTY
<br />THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND 00 /100 DOLLARS ($130,500.00) with interest, payable as therein provided;

<br />Whereas, the notes secured by the trust deed first described are held by Equitable Building & Loan Association, FSB as
<br />sole owner and not as agent for collection, pledge or in trust for any person, firm or corporation; and
<br />Whereas, said owner wishes to subordinate the lien of the trust deed first described to the lien of the trust deed recorded as
<br />Instrument Number 200104821 filed 523-01 - , secondly described;
<br />Now, therefore, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of one dollar to Equitable Building & Loan Association,
<br />FSB in hand paid, the said Equitable Building & Loan Association, FSB, as Beneficiary does hereby covenant and agree with
<br />the said Central National Bank as trustee, for the use and benefit of the legal holder of the notes secured by said trust deed
<br />secondly herein described that the lien of the notes owned by said Equitable Building & Loan Association, FSB and of the
<br />trust deed securing the same shall be and renhain at ail times a second lien upon the premises thereby conveyed subject to the
<br />lien of the trust deed to said Central National Bank as aforesaid for all advances made or to be made on the notes secured by
<br />said last named trust deed and for all other purposes specified therein, and said Equitable Building & Loan Association, FSB,
<br />as Beneficiary does hereby acknowledge that the recording information on the trust deed secondly described will be inserted
<br />after the execution of this document and that action is ratified.
