<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />RAYMOND J ABEL AND LINDA M ABEL HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R
<br />Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated JULY 3, 2002
<br />and recorded JULY 29, 2002 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument 200207802 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />THE WESTERLY ONE FOURTH (WI/4) OF THE NORTHERLY ONE HALF (NI /2) OF
<br />BLOCK NINE (9) IN WINDOLPH'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA EXCEPTING A CERTAIN TRACT DEEDED TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND AS SHOWN IN QUIT CLAIM DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 120, PAGE
<br />253.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
