The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Gerald J.
<br />Murphy and Pamela S. Murphy, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO
<br />BANK NEBRASKA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, successor in interest to Norwest Bank
<br />Nebraska, National Association, as a result of a merger and name change, as Beneficiary, dated
<br />as of December 18, 1998 and recorded on March 19, 1999, as Document No. 99- 102866, in
<br />Mortgages in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim
<br />and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the
<br />right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to the real property described in said Deed
<br />of Trust. This Reconveyance is executed at the request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of
<br />Trust.
