<br />RECONVEYANCE OF TRUST PROPERTY 200312661
<br />In consideration of the release of the Beneficiary from any liability due under that certain
<br />Programmed Lending Note and Loan Agreement in favor of Five Points Bank, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska dated September 30, 1996 and pursuant to that certain Agreement between the
<br />Beneficiary and Tree Houses, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation dated September 30, 1996, in
<br />connection with which Tree Houses, Inc. as Trustor executed a certain Deed of Trust dated
<br />September 30, 1996 in favor of the Beneficiary and recorded as Document No. 96107684 in the
<br />Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds and upon the request for reconveyance of the
<br />Beneficiary, BRUCE I. SMITH, Attorney -at -Law, Trustee, hereby releases said Deed of Trust as
<br />to the following described real estate:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6), Cherry
<br />Tree Villas Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, pursuant to Section 76- 1014.01 of
<br />the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, said premises to TREE HOUSES, INC., a
<br />Nebraska corporation.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, Bruce I. Smith, Attorney -at -Law, Trustee, has executed
<br />this Reconveyance of Trust Property on the day of September, 2003.
