DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, a division of Hometown <br />Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated January 2, 2003, <br />executed by Joan K. Swigle and William F. Swigle; wife and husband, as Trustor, in which <br />Five Points Bank of Hastings is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which <br />was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument <br />#200300182 on the 7th day of January, 2003, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, has received <br />from Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate <br />described in the Deeds of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />The Northeast Quarter (NE '/4) of Section Twenty -eight (28), Township Nine (9) North, <br />Range Nine (9) West of the a P.M., Hall County, Nebraska <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of <br />Trust , the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or <br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at <br />Hastings, Nebraska, this 17th day of September, 2003. <br />FIVE POINTS BANK OF HASTINGS, <br />A DIVISION OF HOMETOWN BANK <br />By: f 11sr-_ <br />ei R.
