<br />R. AND MARIA T CEBALLOS. H & W AS JOINT TENANTS as Trustor to COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK as
<br />Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated DEC. 29, 1998, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book
<br />Page or Instrument Number 98- 112943 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was
<br />assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage
<br />Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book Page or Instrument Number has been

<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be
<br />reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
