<br />MEIMERS SR & PAULA J REIMERS, HUSBAND AND WIFE as Trustor to COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK
<br />as Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated AUG. 4, 2000, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in
<br />Book Page I or Instrument Number 200006462 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was
<br />assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage

<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be
