TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by 6
<br />LARRY D CORNELIUS AND ELOISE A CORNELIUS, HUSBAND AND WIFE to
<br />Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />_12/15/99 3/24/00 and recorded _12/28/99 4/14/00 in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 99112194 200002991 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />FRACTIONAL LOT SEVEN (7) IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK ONE (1) OF RUSSEL
<br />WHEELER'S ADDITION AND ITS COMPLEMENT TO WIT: THE WESTERLY THIRTY
<br />THREE FEET (W33') OF FRACTIONAL LOT SEVEN (7) IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK ONE
<br />HUNDRED TWENTY -SIX (126) IN UNION PACIFIC RAILWAY COMPANY'S SECOND
<br />ADDITION BOTH ADDITIONS BEING IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
